Renewable Juneau partners with Alaska Heat Smart!

Alaska Heat Smart (AHS) is a one-stop shop available to help improve your home’s comfort, lower your heating bills, and help heat your home with clean Alaskan renewable energy. AHS can answer your questions about electrifying your home, about switching your heating system to air source heat pumps, about energy efficiency, and more. AHS can help you assess how a heat pump can work best in your home and help you estimate your potential cost savings.

AHS is made possible by the cooperative efforts of Alaska Electric Light & Power, the City and Borough of Juneau, the Juneau Economic Development Council, Renewable Juneau, the Southeast Alaska Building Industry Association, as well as many hours of service from its all-volunteer board of directors.
